Available Services

One on One Training

One on one training is set up with 45 minute to 1 hour sessions.  Each session is specialized to the clients goals and needs.  Sessions are $60 each bought in packages of 10.

Packages start at $600 

Meal Plans

Four-week meal plans are customized off the clients' measurements and goals. Plans start with a four-week set up.  Any plans added will require re-measurements to stay accurate for clients' needs and goals. 

Meal plans start at $250

Group Training

Group Training is a bootcamp class offered four times a week.  Monday - Thursday at 5:00AM. It is a 45 minute class that focuses on strength and endurance. All levels are welcome. 

Classes are $50 a month. 

In House Training

In house training is for clients that want the privacy of their home.  Just like one-on-one training these are purchased in packages of ten sessions. 

In house training starts at $1000

Workout Plans

Four-week workout plans that can be customized to the clients' goals and needs.  These plans are written up in PDF form with diagrams for client to understand each exercise. 

Plans are set at $150

Virtual Training

Virtual training is no different than a one-on-one training session.  Workouts will be customized to the clients' goals as well as the client's equipment and space available.

Packages start at $600 

Bodybuilding Prep

Bodybuilding prep is a combination of set workouts and meal plans and supplement regiment.  Workouts are set for clients' needs for specific class divisions of shows as well as specific body areas to work on. 

Packages are set at $500/month 

Ebook

Currently the first Ebook is out for women over 40. "Strong & Disciplined After 40"  A Faith-Driven 28-Day Blueprint for Women Who Want Strength, Energy, and Confidence.

Ebook set at $50

Posing Practice

Posing practice is a 45 minute to 1 hour session of working through poses for bodybuilding shows.  It is specified to client's class and division competing in.  

$100 per session

 

Tracker 

To go along with the Ebook we have a tracker to help keep you disciplined to keep track of your goals as well as look back and see how far you have come.  Tracker includes daily devotionals, workout log, and food log. 

Tracker set at $15

Cutting Diets

Cutting Diets are for specific sports such as fighters, powerlifters, and bodybuilders.  Each sport has a very different type of cut.  As well cutting diets can range from 12 weeks to 4 weeks depending on the sport and severity of cut.  

Prices range from $250-$500
